BIOGRAPHY
Keith Gunter is a tax partner in the firm Gunter Barrett & Kostmayer, PLLC, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Keith has had a successful career in public accounting, working for both Big Four and super regional accounting firms. He has provided traditional accounting, tax and business consulting services, including tax compliance, FAS 109 services, FIN 48 implementation, and tax planning and consulting, including organizational structuring, to multinational companies throughout his 10 years in the profession. The scope of his experience also includes expertise in the manufacturing and real estate and construction industries. Keith's years of experience have provided him with a strong foundation of knowledge and business sense that allow him to readily identify opportunities as well as concerns within a company.
Keith received his Bachelors of Business Administration and Masters of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He supports both the academic and athletic programs of the university. He is also a member of Sharon Baptist church, where he serves as deacon and assistant treasurer.
In his spare time, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, Bethany, and their two children, Merrin and Elliott.
